Business Operations Analyst, Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Principal Managers
Creating, editing, viewing calendar entries in Microsoft Outlook.
Organize and make travel arrangements
Review of monthly expense reports to ensure compliance with Travel/Expense Report policyCreating and editing documents such as agendas and meeting minutes in Microsoft Word, Action Items in Excel, presentations in PowerPoint
Creating and editing documents such as agendas and meeting minutes in Microsoft Word, Action Items in Excel, presentations in PowerPoint
Support MPO personnel
Analyze and resolve issues to ensure teams are in compliance with SCE/MPO policies
Coordinate PPE accounts; order and maintain appropriate loaner inventory
Order and maintain office supplies
Create role-specific user guides and update existing guides, as needed
Submit requests for IT equipment, Access orders, IGAM requests
Respond to Quarterly SOX Questionnaires
Maintain MPO Staffing Report and manage seating assignments
Support Project Mgmt Teams
Provide Specialist support to Project Managers and Team members
Track and process PO and NON-PO invoices, PMWIFs, PREQs and Change Orders
Data entry and/or management of project trackers
Create SharePoint sites (Internal and External) and maintain log
As needed, support project team meetings by developing agendas and meeting minutes updating /following up on Action Item
